People who are business partner companies with Tiger Eye Digital (for whom we act as subcontractors by providing our services to their clients)

For obvious reasons, we must hold the details of our business partner companies and their business and their client’s business (those that we are providing services to). People who are potential business partner companies with Tiger Eye Digital (for whom we will potentially act as subcontractors by providing our services to their clients)

If we have had any discussions with a potential business partner company (for whom we believe we may potentially act as subcontractors by providing services to their clients) we hold contact details of that company and sometimes a record of discussions that have taken place.  We need to do this so that we can continue discussions when and if appropriate.  We retain this information for a 2 year period, which allows a sufficient time for a contractual business relationship to either commence or not, after which we delete the details.

People who are networking associates and potential referral partners that we meet through business and networking events

Tiger Eye Digital engages in networking activities for the purpose of establishing and nurturing relationships with people and companies in all industry sectors.  These relationships can often result in business being referred from Tiger Eye Digital or to Tiger Eye Digital, and can also lead to collaborations and joint ventures.  We assume that people who attend organised networking events attend for the same reasons.  We therefore hold the contact details of such people that we meet to enable us to establish and nurture a relationship.  We may also store a record of discussions.  If no referrals, collaborations or joint ventures occur with an individual within a 2 year period, the information is deleted.  Otherwise the information is held for a period of 2 years following the last referral, collaboration, or joint venture.

Tiger Eye Digital, like any business uses various suppliers of goods and services.  If you are one of those suppliers, we will hold your contact details, past purchase information, bank details (if supplied), and any other information supplied by you to us.  The information will be deleted 2 years after cessation of our business relationship.
