We retain this information for 2 years following cessation of the business relationship, which allows us to offer any support or advice during that period and/or restart a contractual working relationship.
Our potential customers category 1 – People who contact us using web enquiry forms
We provide an enquiry form on our website. This allows visitors to the website to request information from us. The personal data that is collected is the visitor’s name, email address, business name and message. This data is logged and emailed to Tiger Eye Digital.
This information is stored and retained for a period of 1 year, after which it is deleted, unless the visitor in that period becomes a customer of Tiger Eye Digital, in which case, the information is stored for a period of 1 year after cessation of the business relationship and then deleted.
Our potential customers category 2 – People who contact us by phone
When you call Tiger Eye Digital with a business enquiry we typically collect information from you, such as your contact details and details of your enquiry. This information is stored and retained for a period of 1 year, after which it is deleted, unless in that period you become a customer of Tiger Eye Digital, in which case, the information is stored for a period of 1 year after cessation of the business relationship and then deleted. The retention of your information is to help us assist you at any time during the retention period should you require our assistance, advice or wish to officially engage us.
Our potential customers category 3 – People who contact us by email
When you email Tiger Eye Digital with a business enquiry we typically collect information from you, such as your contact details and details of your enquiry. This information is stored and retained for a period of 1 year, after which it is deleted, unless in that period you become a customer of Tiger Eye Digital, in which case, the information is stored for a period of 1 year after cessation of the business relationship and then deleted. The retention of your information is to help us assist you at any time during the retention period should you require our assistance, advice or wish to officially engage us.
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
People who are business partner companies with Tiger Eye Digital (for whom we act as subcontractors by providing our services to their clients)
For obvious reasons, we must hold the details of our business partner companies and their business and their client’s business (those that we are providing services to). We need to do this so that we can provide them with support and to deliver our services. We retain this information for 2 years following cessation of the business relationship, which allows us to offer any support or advice during that period and/or restart a contractual working relationship.
People who are potential business partner companies with Tiger Eye Digital (for whom we will potentially act as subcontractors by providing our services to their clients)
If we have had any discussions with a potential business partner company (for whom we believe we may potentially act as subcontractors by providing services to their clients) we hold contact details of that company and sometimes a record of discussions that have taken place. We need to do this so that we can continue discussions when and if appropriate. We retain this information for a 2 year period, which allows a sufficient time for a contractual business relationship to either commence or not, after which we delete the details.
People who are networking associates and potential referral partners that we meet through business and networking events
Tiger Eye Digital engages in networking activities for the purpose of establishing and nurturing relationships with people and companies in all industry sectors. These relationships can often result in business being referred from Tiger Eye Digital or to Tiger Eye Digital, and can also lead to collaborations and joint ventures. We assume that people who attend organised networking events attend for the same reasons. We therefore hold the contact details of such people that we meet to enable us to establish and nurture a relationship. We may also store a record of discussions. If no referrals, collaborations or joint ventures occur with an individual within a 2 year period, the information is deleted. Otherwise the information is held for a period of 2 years following the last referral, collaboration, or joint venture.
Suppliers of Tiger Eye Digital (our suppliers)
Tiger Eye Digital, like any business uses various suppliers of goods and services. If you are one of those suppliers, we will hold your contact details, past purchase information, bank details (if supplied), and any other information supplied by you to us. The information will be deleted 2 years after cessation of our business relationship.
Potential suppliers of Tiger Eye Digital (our potential suppliers)
If you are a potential supplier of Tiger Eye Digital that we reach out to, meet or get introduced to, we hold information about you including contact details. If we engage in detailed conversations we may keep a record of those conversations as well to make it easier to form a commercial relationship. This information will be held for a period of 2 years for the same reason, and then deleted.
Use of Data Processors
Data processors are third parties who provide services to Tiger Eye Digital. We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.

If you are customer, past customer, or supplier of Tiger Eye Digital, relevant details about you will be provided to our chartered accountants, UHY Hacker Young in Manchester, who provide accounting services to us to enable us to meet our statutory company accounting obligations. Depending on the nature of your relationship with Tiger Eye Digital, the information will include contacts details, purchase history, history of services of goods supplied.
