Our Process

Our methodology follows a seven step process;


Getting to know you

We want to get to know you and your business as well as your employees do. We’ll sit down over a cup of tea (tea is also very important to us!) and understand what your business is all about, what your goals and objectives are and what you want to achieve through paid marketing.

Firsty, we need to know if you already have a PPC strategy in place or if you are starting from scratch. Either way is fine by us!

If you want us to review what you already have in place and assess how we could improve performance for you, that’s no problem at all. That’s what our audit process is for (and its free!).

Likewise, if you want us to set up brand new campaigns from nothing – we can do that!



After our initial conversation, we will go away (drink more tea) and conduct detailed keyword research around your business. This intensive process along with a careful analysis of the competition will be the foundation on which your campaigns are built.


Plan of action

We will come back to you with a detailed plan of how we will create tailor made campaigns for your business. Comprehensive keyword lists, example ad creatives and budget suggestions will demonstrate how the campaigns will work for you.



We will set up perfectly structured campaigns based on our plan for your business. Effective campaigns, ad groups and keywords will all work together to achieve the best click through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC) and conversion rate for you.



We believe reports are essential to your (and our) understanding of how your campaigns are performing. You tell us what you want to see, how often and we’ll do just that. We won’t send you baffling spreadsheets full of confusing figures that make no sense. We’ll create meaningful reports that will explain results and dictate future actions.



Testing never ends at Tiger Eye Digital. While we strongly believe that campaigns need time to run in order to determine their effectiveness, we are committed to always testing new initiatives too. Keywords, ad texts, bid strategies, day scheduling and location targeting are just some of the areas that we will be testing in order to achieve optimum performance.


Constant communication

As the months (and years hopefully) go by, our communication with you will never change. We’ll never forget about you or leave you out of the loop. It’s a two way street and we want us both to be always talking and moving forwards together, as a team.
